Естетика в Україні: сьогодення і майбутнє

The discussion seeks to clarify the condition of aesthetics studies in Ukraine and delineate underlying spots and intention of the world aesthetics thought. Ukrainian academics focus on some inner problems of academic activity: influence of soviet aesthetics heritage on actual aesthetic researches, transformation of theoretical paradigm from monomethodology to polimethodology, extending and intensifying the profile academic communication. Concerning status of aesthetics in philosophy and social sciences they are mentioned that aesthetics have never been the ‘pure aesthetics’ as it traditionally interacts with other philosophy disciplines, and in the epoch of interdisciplinary (or transdisciplinary) studies aesthetics involves in its theoretical domain cultural studies, social theory, sociology, neurophysiology and others. Participants of workshop define main topics for actual aesthetics research and propose to elaborate the new paradigm of aesthetic thinking in both aspects — historicity and culture policy, initiate the study of aesthetic position of some Ukrainian artist and writers, and change the aesthetics’ conceptual vocabulary for reflecting contemporary art.
